In this story, he tells how a late passion for cycling, born at the age of 63, led him to travel the roads of the Baronnies, climb the great Pyrenean passes and overcome several mythical challenges, until he completed the entire crossing of the Pyrenees from East to West. Between 2019 and 2024, he covered more than 26,000 kilometers and accumulated nearly 400,000 meters of positive elevation gain. Beyond the sporting adventure, this book is a testimony to self-improvement, encounters, memories and attachment to the mountains. Written with the collaboration of Olivier Lambert, who knew how to put this singular experience into words, the book weaves a link between the cyclist's journey and the author's life journey.
